original yoga & tantra, translated to the world of today
If you have the experience of an ongoing physical, mental/emotional or spiritual difficulty and can't seem to get rid of it in the usual ways, then Tantric healing might be something for you.
How does Tantric healing work ?
Tantric healing can be regarded as the shamanic tradition of Asia. Its practices are similar to what is found in worldwide shamanic healing. I have learned the healing arts from Kedar Upreti, a seventh generation tantric healer from the Tantric & Ayurvedic Healing Center in Kathmandu - Nepal. You can read more about how Tantric healing works here.
Just to be clear, the Tantric healings that I work with do not involve sexuality. Sexual Tantra is really a small branch of Tantra, but became heavily associated with the word Tantra in the West.
A basic Tantric understanding is that when a problem becomes chronical, it will manifest on all 3 levels : the physical level of the body, the mental level of thoughts and feelings and the spiritual level of the soul and the energies that are associated with it. Thus healing can happen on these 3 levels. If one level is ignored it can keep the disease or mental instability in place, which explains the many imbalances that persist after being treated only with medication, therapy or even yoga and meditation.
Tantric healing directly works on the all too often ignored spiritual level of your soul and the energies associated with it. It can be seen as complementary to other approaches that work more through the body (excercise, medicine,...) and the mind (purification, therapy,..). Also in India and Nepal, when the doctor and/or therapist seem unable to bring the desired change, people turn to the local shaman...
What to expect from a healing ?
Tantric healing involves certain age-old rituals that affect the soul and the energies that are attached to it. These rituals involve mantra recitation, the offering of flowers, fruits, etc..., fire rituals and kundalini related energy purification techniques. They are quite traditional in the detail, while being truly universal as a whole. In as far as possible, the Nepalese techniques are not modernized, having proven their value for many generations.
Tantric healing is no exact science with a garanteed outcome, yet I have had wonderful succes in removing certain physical and mental/emotional problems :
Again, there is no garanteed result and I will never advise you to stop any other kind of treatment. In many cases, you may also be advised to help the healing process yourself through regular excercises & practices, in as far as possible for you.
How to get a healing ?
While it is always best if I can personally meet the one who needs healing, a lot of healing is also possible from a distance. So if you cannot visit me, we can connect through an online videocall with Skype, Facebook, Whatsapp... This is necessary for proper diagnosis, but also to literally make a connection with you, allowing healing energy to be sent over long distances.
IF YOU LIVE NEARBY, please contact me through my Facebook page to make an appointment for a consult at my home.
IF YOU LIVE TOO FAR for a visit, please book a videocall consultation online.
Either during the first session at my home, or shortly after the first videocall, I can already do a basic healing without any extra charge. In many cases, no more needs to be done. If more complex and time consuming healings are advisable, i will propose to do it for a really reasonable base fee.
There is no need to believe in any of these things in order for the healing to work, as long as you are a little bit open to it. Some doubt is perfectly understandable... For the one who gets healed, the how really does not matter.
Leela is the ancient vedic name for the theater of life. Life in all its forms is an illusion behind which we can find the ultimate truth of pure Being. Yet life is also a divine theater, a spiritual game played by us, the actors. Yoga allows us to hold on to the bliss of truth while playing the game. And also this yoga is a game, which we can only take seriously if we do not take ourselves and this game too seriously. That is the meaning of Leela Yoga, nothing more, nothing less. So, Leela Yoga is a vision on yoga and also a name for a simple organisation that allows me to bring this vision into practice... more about Leela Yoga & Peter Marchand

As the destination is the same for all, it is easy to make the error of assuming that the path must be just as universal.
The attachment that happens in the pursuit of happiness is the main source of unhappiness.
Don't think of going somewhere, because this somewhere will come along with you wherever you go, as you are already there.
Yoga requires unity between enjoyment and suffering, between bhoga and yoga, even between attachment and detachment.
How can anyone be "good" without a choice between good and bad?
While the mind creates the illusion of the universe through the senses, the intellect creates the illusion of understanding it.
When our day has been entirely ego-centered, then our meditation will probably have similar poor quality.
When the focus on the self is held strongly enough, the flow of kundalini energy happens on its own, naturally.
Tiptoe inside, don't make a sound, don't scare away that which cannot be found.
Enlightenment is nothing more or less than the final level of the game of life.
